A problem in the experiment of datacom
It‘s an experiment of VLAN partition. The topology is as follows. I did it step by step according to the experimental manual hcia-datacom v1.0. Finally, I found one of the phenomena: ar2 Ping AR1, grabbing packets between two switches, requiring to catch packets with the tag vid of 10, but the pinged packets were directly discarded by ar2, and even their own port 0 / 0 / 0 were not sent out, The Ping prompt is request time out
When the address is 10.1.1.2 and the gateway is 10.1.1.1, the ARP message can be captured normally.
When the port address of ar2 is changed to 10.1.1.2 and ping10.1.1.1, the ARP message can be caught normally.
When the ar2 port address is switched back to 10.1.2.2, only one ARP announcement for 10.1.2.2 message can be caught, and there is no message in normal Ping.
I think this phenomenon should be related to the working mechanism of router sending data according to routing table, but what is the specific situation?
